CDL A Drivers $113K+/Yr Home Weekly Rider and Pet Welcome

Class A drivers (with one year of verifiable experience in the last three years) are invited to apply for a 100% touch, hook‑and‑go freight position. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

The delivery work is 100% touch: freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and $300 for each trailer unloaded. Average earnings are $2,190 per week from 900–1,200 miles and three loads per week.

Drivers will be home weekly (weekends are not guaranteed). They may take trucks home, but a secure parking spot is required. Riders and pets may join after completing training.

Orientation takes place in Dayton, generally about two days. The company covers transportation, hotel and meals, and pays $85 per day for orientation. Training lasts 3–5 days and is paid at the daily rate.

After training, drivers receive full benefits. All benefits start after 60 days of service and include:

Drivers must pass a urine drug test. Failure or refusal of any drug test disqualifies a candidate, regardless of the date or SAP completion.

Minimum 21 years old, one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR). CDL must be in the state of current residence. Candidates must not have more than three jobs in the last year or six jobs in the last three years. No more than two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, and no major traffic violations, preventable rear‑ends, rollovers, or being terminated in the most recent position.

Personal vehicle moving violations may include 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, or texting/handheld. These do not apply to commercial vehicles; any in a commercial vehicle disqualifies the candidate. No felonies in the last seven years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.

Eligible states: NY, CT, MD, MA, RI (excluding Bors or Long Island).

Urine drug test only. Failure or refusal of any drug test results in disqualification, regardless of the time elapsed.
