Tipton Hurst is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver in Conway to deliver floral arrangements and gift items to residential and business locations in a positive and compassionate manner. As a Delivery Driver you will be driving a company vehicle, working independently and being a part of a motivated team. The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 8:00 – 5:00 and some Saturdays from 8:00 – 12:00.

• Flexible schedule and available weekends.
• Determine the most efficient delivery routes and monitor the time.
• Follow all safe driving rules and directions.
• Ensure excellent guest relations, deliver correct flower arrangements to customers.
• Perform vehicle inspection and notify manager of any repairs or maintenance needs.
• Always maintain a neat and clean appearance. A company uniform is required.

• A Motor Vehicle Report with a clean report.
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Consent to background and drug test.
