Conway Cleaners is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Dry Cleaning Route Delivery Sales Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely delivering dry cleaned garments and laundry items to our valued customers along designated routes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, promote our services, and drive sales growth through exceptional service and communication.

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle along assigned routes to deliver dry cleaned garments and laundry items to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered items.
• Promote Conway Cleaners' services and special offers to customers during delivery stops to increase sales and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer interactions using designated software or paperwork.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to optimize delivery routes, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer confidentiality at all times.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or delivery preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of dry cleaning and laundry processes is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as needed.
