CDL A Regional Drivers

Overview

CDL A Regional Drivers Home Weekly No Touch Freight (Full Time). Type of work: OTR Van.

• Starting pay: $0.65 per mile on an average of 2100–2400+ miles per week, with an average weekly pay of $1,500–$1,610+.
• All freight is no touch; 40% is drop and hook.
• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance start on the first of the month after 60 days.
• 401(k) plan available starting at 90 days.
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year; 2 weeks after 2 years.
• Riders and small dogs allowed from day one (rider must be 12+; dog must be 50 lbs. or less).

• Drivers get home every week (not guaranteed weekends). Drivers must be available to drive Sundays.
• Equipment: 2023–2027 Freightliner or International trucks; automatic transmissions; forward-facing campers; trucks assigned to drivers and may be taken home.
• Speed: 65 mph on the pedal and 68 mph on cruise control.

• Orientation is 2–3 days, company pays transportation, hotel, and meals, with orientation pay of $200/day.

• Qualifications:
  
  6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 24 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (CMV and PMV); no more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months in CMV.
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months (e.g., 15+ points, cell phone use, careless/reckless driving, following too closely, improper lane change).
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
