CDL A Regional Drivers

Overview

CDL A Regional Drivers Home Weekly No Touch Freight (Full Time). Type of job: OTR Van.

Class A Drivers have weekly home time with earnings of $1,500–$1,610 per week on no-touch freight with full benefits. Riders are allowed on day one for a spouse/partner and a small dog.

• Starting pay: $0.65 per mile on an average of 2,100–2,400+ miles per week, for an average weekly pay of $1,500–$1,610+.
• No-touch freight; approximately 40% drop and hook.
• Home weekly (not guaranteed on weekends). Drivers must be available to drive on Sundays.
• Equipment: 2023–2027 Freightliner or International tractors with forward-facing campers. Trucks are assigned to drivers and may be taken home. All trucks are automatic; speed limits: 65 mph pedal, 68 mph cruise.
• Benefits:
  Full medical, dental, and vision insurance begin on the first of the month after 60 days; 401(k) begins after 90 days.
• Paid time off: one week after one year, two weeks after two years.
• Orientation: 2–3 days with company-paid transportation, hotel, and meals; orientation pay of $200 per day.
• Riders and small dogs allowed from day one (rider must be 12+ years old; dog must be 50 lbs or less).

• 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last 24 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (CMV and PMV combined); no more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months in CMV.
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months (examples: 15+, cell phone usage, careless/reckless, following too closely, or improper lane violation).
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
