Transportation Dispatcher Catalyst Logistics

Catalyst Logistics is looking for a Transportation Dispatcher to join our team.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive dispatcher who can keep drivers, customers, and operations moving efficiently. The right person will be comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment, making decisions quickly, and communicating clearly throughout the day.

• Dispatch and coordinate drivers and daily transportation operations
• Plan and manage driver schedules, routes, pickups, deliveries, and appointments
• Communicate consistently with drivers throughout their runs
• Monitor loads and proactively address delays, service issues, and changes
• Coordinate with customers, shippers, receivers, and internal operations
• Track equipment, trailers, and driver availability
• Help maximize driver utilization and minimize downtime
• Review load details and ensure drivers have accurate pickup and delivery information
• Maintain accurate records and update transportation systems as needed
• Communicate changes and issues to management in a timely manner
• Assist with resolving roadside, appointment, equipment, and operational issues
• Build strong working relationships with drivers and customers
• Stay ahead of problems rather than waiting for them to become emergencies

• Previous transportation, logistics, dispatch, or trucking experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills
• Comfortable communicating with professional drivers and customers
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
• Proficient with computers and transportation/logistics software
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Must be able to work in office Conway, AR
