Warehouse Assoc Material Handler 3rd Shift - Conway, AR

Job Description

The Warehouse -- Material Handler is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products from trailers and moving them within the warehouse by carrying or lifting, operating forklifts, stocking and storing inventory, and fulfilling transfer orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy and timelines of all job functions.

• Communicate with supervisor to determine production materials needed for upcoming production requirements.
• Complete RF Transactions to ensure tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trailers.
• Pick, stage and stock inventory using a powered lift truck and barcode scanning technology to execute transactions.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year forklift operator experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow a schedule, as well as verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and work with co-workers in a team environment.
• Functions and operates comfortably in a very active and fast-paced environment.
