Project Coordinators are responsible for handling administrative tasks of a project, like budgeting, scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, and handling information flow from various departments. This is a mid-level position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Position Description
- Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
- Monitor and track project progress and team members’ performance by creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Actively identify potential issues and help implement solutions.
- Execute project management administrative tasks such as managing subcontracts, change orders, invoices, among other documents.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries for project management and team.
- Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency.
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- In Office position
- Salary based on experience
Position Requirements
- Associate degree in business administration, management or a related field – preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 schedule software and Vista by Viewpoint – preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
