We are seeking a full‑time Office Manager who is an organized, proactive leader with a passion for people, problem‑solving, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do

As our Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring our hospital operates efficiently while fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and support hospital team members
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Address staff concerns and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Promote accountability, engagement, and professional development
  • Create and maintain employee schedules
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily hospital operations and workflow
  • Manage the appointment calendar to optimize efficiency and client access
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies
  • Complete daily deposits and other administrative duties
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Client Service & Communication
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Resolve complaints and service issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Support the team in maintaining strong client relationships
Compliance & Administration
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure hospital records and processes meet company standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals
Required Qualifications
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong customer service background
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Veterinary, medical, or healthcare management experience
  • Experience with inventory management and financial reconciliation
  • Human resources or employee relations experience
