Brookdale Conway is hiring a Business Office Coordinator to join their growing team in a Senior Living community supporting our Residents through Assisted Living.

Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) up to $725 for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
Responsibilities- Provide support to the community, which includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and other human resources related duties.
- Track community accounting changes, prepare and record all invoices, assist with new hire documentation and organize and maintain personnel, resident, marketing and other files as needed.
- An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or a minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
