Health Care Partners of South Carolina is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for patients seeking services. The CSR will answer calls, schedule appointments, verify demographics and insurance in the EHR, and provide accurate information about clinic services while communicating fluently in English and Spanish.
Portuguese language proficiency is preferred but not required.
