Position Details:

• FT, permanent
• Outpatient and inpatient role managing cardiac patients from initial consultation through diagnosis and treatment
• Collaborative practice with interventional cardiologists and surgical associates
• Access to advanced technologies including da Vinci Robotic Surgical System and upcoming hybrid procedure room
• Ideal team includes 2 non-invasive cardiologists (senior and junior)
Schedule & Workflow
• Clinic hours:
  Mon ÄìThurs 8am Äì5pm;
  Fri 8am Äì12pm
• 4.5 clinic days with 4 hours protected administrative time weekly
• Patient visits: 20 min new / 20 min follow-up (flexible)
• Call: up to 10 days per month, coordinated with interventional cardiology team
• EMR:
  Cerner
• Referral sources: internal PCP network and external referrals
• Ultrasound workflow: 8/10 referrals require pre-appointment ultrasound, scheduled on Mondays and Fridays at Health Plaza South; post-ultrasound appointments at Conway or Health Plaza South
Patient Population
• Primarily adults aged 55+
• Includes patients with peripheral cardiac conditions such as claudication
• Community fit: CMC has the largest primary care network in the market, supporting a growing cardiac patient population
Clinic & Facility
• 2-room Cath lab, 10 operating rooms, 14-bed Cardiac Monitoring Unit
• Clinic space directly connected to Cath lab for streamlined workflow
• Dedicated team: 5 APPs, nurses, front office staff, ultrasound techs, experienced RNs, and support from 3 interventional cardiologists
• In-house wound care with hyperbaric chambers integrated with cardiac care
• Imaging & diagnostics: DSA, 256-slice CT, MRI (3T & 1.5T), in-office ultrasound
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $775,000 Äì $825,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Income potential up to $1M with wRVU bonuses
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000+
