The Department of Computing Sciences at Coastal Carolina University, part of the Gupta College of Science, invites applications for a Teaching Associate beginning in August 2026. Candidates must have an M.Sc. in a computing related field. The teaching responsibilities will vary according to department need, but may include business applications (using Excel), programming, web development, or networking. Prior teaching experience is preferred and prior experience with research-based, interactive-engagement teaching techniques, will be given strong preference.

All instruction is expected to be delivered in-person, face-to-face at the University's Conway campus.

The Department of Computing Sciences offers B.S. degrees in computer science, information systems, and information technology, as well as an M.S. degree in Information Systems Technology. All undergraduate programs are accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET. The Gupta College of Science works to provide a premier and experience-driven STEM education to all of its students.
