Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

• Leading the design and development of innovative products and systems from concept to production, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Utilizing your expertise in mechanical design, systems, statistics, and engineering to solve complex problems and create efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing, to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and align with company objectives.
• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial design to end-of-life, ensuring all stages are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Performing statistical analysis to monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and safety of our products and systems.
• Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, and applying this knowledge to your work.
• Mentoring junior engineers and other team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A master's degree or professional engineering (PE) certification would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, systems, products, statistics, engineering, and manufacturing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in designing and developing innovative products and systems, from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
