Customer Service Rep
The Night Auditor maximizes revenue and creates value by providing excellent customer service. This includes effective reservation sales, handling all guest accounts efficiently and accurately, and assisting in all phases of guest experience such as check-in, check-out, and problem resolution.
This is an overnight shift with hours from 11pm-7am. The position requires 2 overnight 11PM-7AM shifts and 3 shifts 3PM-11PM each week.
Pay: 3PM-11PM: $20.00 per hour; 11PM-7AM: $21.00 per hour.

- Work with and understand financial information and data, and perform basic arithmetic functions.
- Cross‑train in other accounting or hotel‑related areas.
- Perform guest services functions as required (e.g., check guests in/out, take reservations, respond to calls).
- Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports such as Daily Operating Report, Discount Programs, Tax Reports, according to hotel standards.
- Prepare and distribute month‑end reports.
- Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards in a timely manner.
- Prioritize job functions to meet deadlines.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data processing system functions as required.
- Keep management abreast of any unusual operational or financial events or deviations from policies or procedures.
- Respond to governmental inquiries upon receipt.
- Provide high‑level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and teammates, follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficient with keyboarding and computer technology (e.g., e‑mail, MS Word, Excel, and other hotel‑related systems). Aptitude with numbers/data analysis.
- Knowledge or experience of accounting principles; prior customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
