Job Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of a Probation & Parole Agent, Probation & Parole Manager or a Field Office Specialist Supervisor, is responsible for performing secretarial and paraprofessional administrative duties; managing, coordinating and assisting in the performance of other specific related duties.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsA high school diploma.
Preferred QualificationsAn associate's degree in secretarial science or other related field and two years experience in related work; a bachelor's degree may be substituted for related work experience. Must possess the ability to type at a corrected rate of 45 words per minute. It is desired that applicants have familiarity with and ability to use a personal computer.
