Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach is looking for an energetic, hands‑on Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and support overall Food & Beverage operations across the resort. Lead the Bar- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service
- Supervise, train, and coach bartenders to maintain a positive, team‑focused culture
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product usage to control costs and minimize waste
- Oversee cash handling, daily reporting, and bar cost controls
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest‑ready bar environment
- Support bar promotions, seasonal menus, and special events
- Assist in supervising front‑of‑house team members during peak service
- Partner with the F&B Manager to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and bar
- Help manage scheduling, service flow, and guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, service quality, and team performance
- 2–3+ years of bar leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of bartending, inventory control, and cost management
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, multi‑outlet environment
- Reliable cash handling and basic financial skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

This is a full‑time, year‑round position working at Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach located in Conway, SC. Flexible schedule is required, to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
