AI Implementation Associate

About the Role

We're hiring an AI-forward early-career professional to help lead AI adoption across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who s already comfortable working with tools like Claude and ChatGPT and wants to turn that into a full-time career applying AI to real business problems.

• Implement and manage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) across various workflows
• Design and refine prompts and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Train team members on effective AI usage
• Evaluate new AI tools and recommend adoption where useful
• Document processes and track the impact of AI implementation

• A degree (or near-complete degree) in AI, computer science, data science, or a related field — OR equivalent hands-on experience
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools like Claude and/or ChatGPT in real projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working independently
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain AI concepts to non-technical teammates
• A genuine passion for staying current with AI developments
