Horry County Government is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide timely technical support for all applications. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve user problems, test upgrades, and document resolutions in a ticketing system.
You'll deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external users, work with IT teams and project managers, and help maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles. Some after-hours work may be required.
