Spring Oak Senior Living at Conway
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
Workdays vary; weekend availability is required.
Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents. Spring Oak at Conway is seeking a dependable Housekeeper who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and recreational spaces according to housekeeping schedules.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wash windows, and maintain clean surfaces throughout the community.
- Coordinate with the Wellness team to complete cleaning while respecting residents’ care needs and daily routines.
- Prepare apartments for new residents, including moving furniture as needed.
- Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry, linens, and towels.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste safely.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Respect residents’ privacy, belongings, and preferences, including knocking before entering apartments.
- A dependable, friendly individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compassion for seniors and patience when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules, instructions, and safe housekeeping practices.
Ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including standing, bending, and moving furniture as needed. - A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work varying days, including weekends.
$15 - $15 an hour
