Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre‑tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute.

- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Industry‑specific experience (IT, healthcare, construction, marketing, etc.)
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Adaptability in fast‑paced environments
- Stakeholder and change management abilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects according to defined timelines, scope, and budget
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports
- Identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive communications
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals
- Ensure projects follow organizational standards, processes, and best practices
- Manage vendor and third‑party relationships when applicable
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned
