** Operator Repair Associates
** for a leading manufacturer in  
** Conway, SC** . This is an entry-level opportunity with competitive pay, overtime potential, and room to grow!

** Pay & Schedule*
* +  
** Starting Pay:**  $17.00 per hour

+  
** Overtime:
** Paid after 40 hours per week

+  
** 12-Hour Rotating

Shifts:

*
* + 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

+ 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

+ Rotating schedule:

+ Switch shifts every 2 weeks

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

** What You'll Be Doing*
* This position plays a key role in production operations.

Responsibilities include:

+ Entering and verifying batch compositions (alloys) in computer systems

+ Monitoring melt chemistry, taking samples, and making adjustments

+ Raking and removing scrap materials from floors and machinery

+ Performing general cleanup of work areas

+ Supporting additional production tasks as needed

* Note:

** The role begins with hands-on physical work, including raking, bending, and repetitive movement.

** What We're Looking For*
* + High School Diploma or GED

+ Basic computer skills

+ Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

+ Comfortable working in warm to very hot environments (especially during summer months)

+ Willingness to wear required safety gear (must be clean shaven at all times)

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
