Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting Operator Repair Associates for a leading manufacturer in Conway, SC. This is an entry-level opportunity with competitive pay, overtime potential, and room to grow!
Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week
• 12-Hour Rotating Shifts:
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Rotating schedule:
  • Switch shifts every 2 weeks

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
What You'll Be Doing
This position plays a key role in production operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Entering and verifying batch compositions (alloys) in computer systems
• Monitoring melt chemistry, taking samples, and making adjustments
• Raking and removing scrap materials from floors and machinery
• Performing general cleanup of work areas
• Supporting additional production tasks as needed

Note: The role begins with hands-on physical work, including raking, bending, and repetitive movement.

• What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Comfortable working in warm to very hot environments (especially during summer months)
• Willingness to wear required safety gear (must be clean shaven at all times)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
