Job Description
The Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an Overnight Full‑time Registered Nurse for our Admissions Department to join our team. Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital, located near beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC, treats adolescents, adults and senior adults in need of psychiatric services, as well as adults who suffer from a chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or are in need of rehabilitation. Lighthouse offers 24‑hour admissions, needs assessment, and referral services.
LocationConway, South Carolina
Responsibilities- Perform assessments and contraband searches prior to patient transfer to designated unit.
- Communicate nursing hand‑off information to the Nursing department.
- Assist during downtime by making referrals to in‑house physicians to assess qualification for admission.
- Provide resources to handle overflow intake referrals to minimize loss of referrals.
- Monitor intake flow via dashboard.

Qualifications- Current license to practice nursing in the State of South Carolina (or eligible to receive or renew under the nursing compact).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Preferred 1–3 years of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- CPI certification preferred.
