Discharge Nurse; RN - Behavioral Health

Overview

Discharge Nurse full‑time, Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital, located near Myrtle Beach, SC, treating adolescents, adults, and seniors in need of psychiatric services, chemical dependency or dual diagnosis rehabilitation.

• Assist in discharge flow process on all units.
• Walk patients through discharge process including paperwork, financial paperwork, follow‑up care, appointments, etc.

• 2–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current license in good standing in the State of South Carolina as a registered nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• CPI certification preferred.
