PRN RN​/LPN

Job Summary

The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate is responsible for providing high-quality member care on an as‑needed basis. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well‑being of members. This is a PRN, Monday‑Friday role in our Coastal South Carolina region, covering Conway, Loris, and Georgetown.

• Provide member care, including administering medications and nursing treatments to those with physician orders.
• Monitor members’ health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator or family as needed.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date member records.

• Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities, or in a community setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members and provide redirection when needed.

As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Day Center, you will receive a competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday‑Friday). No nights, weekends, or holidays.
