We’re looking for a dependable, energetic Steward / Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly and spotless. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary kitchen, helping our team deliver top‑notch dining experiences.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or in dishwashers
• Keep kitchen equipment, counters, floors, and storage areas clean and organized
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Properly store cleaned items and dispose of waste and recycling according to resort standards
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, sweep, and mop for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
