Location: North Conway
Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our premium chocolate retail team. You will lead daily store operations, model Lindt standards, and ensure an engaging in-store experience for customers while aiming to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities include staff training, inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness. Night and weekend shifts are required; prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred; lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed.
