Salesperson- Commercial Tire Industry

As a Commercial Tire Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with fleets, construction companies, municipalities, and other commercial clients across Athens and the surrounding counties. This is a field-based sales role that involves a mix of business development and account management, with a strong focus on growing market share through cold calling, consultative selling, and reliable follow-up.

• Identify and pursue new commercial accounts through in-person cold calls, phone outreach, and referrals
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing expert tire solutions, maintenance programs, and service recommendations
• Recommend tire products and services including T , OTR, industrial, and retread options to meet customer needs
• Prepare and present pricing proposals, quotes, and bids
• Coordinate with service managers and dispatch to ensure timely and quality service for customers
• Track sales activity and customer interactions using internal systems
• Participate in team sales meetings and training sessions
• Represent the company professionally in the field and build strong community relationships

• Prior outside sales experience preferred—especially in the tire, automotive, or equipment industry
• Knowledge of T  (Truck/Bus Radial), OTR (Off-the-Road), and industrial tire applications is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven with a passion for closing deals
• Willingness to make cold calls and pursue leads consistently
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Capable of multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work long hours if needed to meet customer needs and close opportunities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
