Residential HVAC Installer

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer to join our construction and home services team. In this role, you will install and replace residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork, following company, code, and safety standards. You'll work on-site in customer homes, ensuring clean, professional installations and explaining basic system operation. Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential HVAC systems, including condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, line sets, and related components to spec.
• Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of new systems to ensure proper operation.
• Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and ARS-Rescue Rooter installation standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining work performed and basic system operation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, vehicles, and tools.
• Document work performed using company systems and complete required installation paperwork.
• Collaborate with service technicians, installers, and supervisors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, codes, and best practices.
