Inventory Operations Interns assist with the receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials while keeping accurate records of all inventory transactions on a daily basis. They maintain and monitor accurate inventory levels through inventory management and internal controls, and collaborate with different departments across the Cooperative to complete and deliver orders to the correct parties in a timely manner.

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and issuing materials; maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with internal controls to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Support other areas of the Financial Operations Department as needed.

• Currently pursuing a 2‑ or 4‑year degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; 2‑year related Customer Service preferred.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or lift more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity associated with routine duties of the Supply department.
• Proficient with MS products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
