Job Description
Vaco is supporting a company in Conyers, GA in their search for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk
. This is a CONTRACT position that is expected to last up to 6 months and requires 100% in-office work
. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, GA area will be considered since in-office work is required.
- Process shipment documentation
- Review all shipping paperwork, including invoices, bills of lading & packing slips
- Enter shipping information accurately into ERP system
- Confirm shipping information for accuracy
- Coordinate shipping activity with internal teams
- Provide additional administrative support to logistics operations
- At least 1 year of experience managing logistics coordination, shipping & receiving or warehouse administration
- Must possess strong data entry skills
- Must have experience working in an ERP system
- Must be able to manage multi-step process and handle detail well
- Must be able to prioritze in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong written & verbal communication skills
Salary range is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
