We are a leading provider of exceptional automotive services and sales with high-quality vehicles. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our dynamic team and help deliver the best customer service experience possible. Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise a team of technicians, advisors, and service staff to meet productivity goals.
• Develop and implement efficient service processes and procedures to maximize throughput and customer retention.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing effective solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
• Ensure proper maintenance of service records, warranties, and service contracts.
• Monitor the service department’s budget and maintain efficient inventory control.
• Ensure all service work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
• Expert-level knowledge in automotive products and technology, auto service employee capabilities, and car repairs is needed.
• At least two years of experience as an automotive service advisor is necessary; experience in automotive service management is preferred.
• Dealer track DMS experience is recommended.
• Must provide proof of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Compensation: $84,000 - $96,000 yearly

Compensation:
$84,000-$96,000 per year
