Overview
The Supply Chain Specialist plays a critical role in the efficient operation of Lexicon Tech Solutions by ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This position involves researching potential vendors, sourcing components, overseeing the return of all defective parts, and managing supplier relationships to optimize value and quality. Works closely with various departments to meet their procurement needs while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Serves as a liaison between the company and its vendors, fostering positive relationships and brand loyalty.

Core Responsibilities- Oversee Defective Inventory process from end to end, including working directly with vendors on returns and credit reimbursement, collecting proper documentation to close out open returns in Net Suite
- Manage inventory requests through cloud-based systems and Netsuite
- Manage LEX reordering process via Netsuite
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their requirements and ensure supply chain compliance
- Manage and purchase inventory for the Enterprise department using Quickbooks and Microsoft Power BI
- Manage and purchase all non-inventory consumable items used across all departments
- Handle all internal purchase requests for non-inventory items, completing approximately 550 purchase requests per year
- Work closely with the Finance department to resolve invoicing issues related to purchase orders, ensuring invoices can be paid promptly
- Oversee the third‑party repair process for all non‑repairable ma inboards, including negotiating volume‑based pricing with our repair partner to optimize costs
- Prepare and submit all required documentation for prepayments to foreign vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and legal requirements

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations support role (new graduates may be considered)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
