Overview
This P6 Scheduler will work with the Project Manager to create timetables to manage both time and resources to ensure work is completed on time. The Scheduler will manage the workload distribution and monitor the customer delivery and job installation progress. The Scheduler will coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain a calendar for project implementation to completion.
Responsibilities- Identify and anticipate schedule disparities and correct or report to Project Management.
- Provide to the Project Manager all needed elements to issue weekly/monthly reports.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Answer interview‑style questions, including:
- What versions of P6 have you worked with?
- Describe daily responsibilities as a project scheduler.
- How do you define a critical path?
- For the CPM, what is the ratio?
- How many open‑ended activities are in your schedule?
- Are you familiar with EpS?
- Are you familiar with nodes?
- What are your different levels of schedules?
- When would you use a level 5 node?
- When would you use a level 1 node?
- Finished milestones?
- What relationships can we use on the milestones?
- If someone asks us to track an activity at its finish or start, what activity type would you use?
- How do you create a summary for a WBS summary?
- In your day‑to‑day activities, what are you providing in your update?
- When you are utilizing a critical path method, are you utilizing that in your showcase update?
- Are you familiar with shortcut keys?
- Explain your familiarity with setting up resources.
- When creating an earned value report: how would you find the total resource loading?
- Building a schedule from scratch—explain the beginning steps: create an ETS.

Skills & Qualifications
- Self‑motivated, positive, professional and able to lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
- Promote the company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Proven problem‑solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
- High skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
- Ability to learn company project management systems.

Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Conyers, GA. Hybrid position in Conyers, GA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 – $65.00 per hour.
