What we're looking for:

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our customers, sales teams, and internal teams to initiate front-end processes and help deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

What you'll be responsible for in this role:

* Determine customer product needs

* Configure products to provide quotations to customers /sales

* Price quotations / orders and reconcile pricing discrepancies

* Liaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products / configurations/ options

* Prepare customer bid packages

* Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing funnel

* Other duties that may be assigned

What are the basic qualifications?

* Bachelor's Degree or 5 years' experience in account management/ inside sales

What are the preferred qualifications?

* 2 years' experience OEM Mfg environment
