Responsibilities
- Weekend Night Auditor (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out with efficiency
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Transfer calls or take messages when necessary
- Accurately process credit card transactions safely and securely
- Communicate with guest about any problems/complaints and determine the best form of action to resolve
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent service
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Opera PMS Experience Required
- At least one year of experience working at a hotel front desk guest services agent, or night auditor guest service agent
- Skills:
communication, light computer, reading and writing, basic math, problem solving - Having a flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays
