Pratt Industries is seeking a Senior Boiler Operator for our Clean Energy Plant in Conyers, GA. The role ensures safe, efficient operation of the Bubbling Fluidized Bed boiler and Steam Turbine Generator, supplying steam and electricity for the Paper Machine.
You will lead the shift, supervise Junior Operator, Material Handlers, and Day Laborers, manage fuel prep with wood waste and biomass, monitor water chemistry and emissions, and coordinate maintenance and safety compliance.
