What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to resolve production and customer quality issues through systematic data collection and problem‑solving methodologies that ensure sustainable quality improvement. The role requires both individual contribution and leadership, fostering a business environment that embraces quality assurance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role
  • Use formal, data‑driven problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., PDCA, A3, Six Sigma) to drive efforts forward and deliver sustainable results.
  • Develop and implement data collection and analysis projects to define capability of current production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Understand and define production capabilities, applying capability data to engineering and production quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop measurements and effectively communicate data to various organizational levels.
  • Participate in lean initiatives, such as 5S, value‑stream teams, and blitz events as required.
  • Work with manufacturing, continuous improvement, and other teams on cross‑functional problem‑solving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Accounting to determine the financial impact of quality actions.
  • Develop training material, operating procedures, work instructions and train individuals/teams on updated processes and procedures.
  • Organize meetings, events, and logistics related to QA activity.
What are the basic qualifications?
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2 years of manufacturing industry experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering.

  • Work at ease with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • In‑depth knowledge of problem‑solving & quality assurance tools (PFMEA, CP…) with practical application.
