We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering college student who has the desire to work in the mechanical contracting field. The right individual will work with the project manager team and aid with engineering responsibilities which will include design and field observation activities as well as document production in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM, building information modeling).  Interns will have the opportunity to witness field installations of the systems and to work alongside senior engineering staff.

This is an in-office opportunity, not eligible for relocation.

+ Other/Miscellaneous tasks for putting together an estimate and proposal

** Operations - PM Assistance*
* + Submittal and RFI processing

+ Attending meetings and tracking action items/notes

+ Vendor and subcontractor management assistance

+ Regular field visits to interface with foremen

+ Jobsite inspections for schedule, quality and safety reviews

+ Compiling closeout documents

+ End of Assignment Presentation

** Knowledge, skill and ability requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)*

** Prior work experience and educational requirements*
