Provide engineering support for extrusion and thermoforming processes to drive process improvements;
Develop and lead OEE and quality improvement plans with plant leadership;
Coordinate safety initiatives, changeover activities, and daily improvement (MDI) using Lean/Kaizen methods;
Utilize data and audits to sustain production improvements and drive accountable metrics;
Support capital projects and maintenance planning to ensure reliable plant operations
