This entry‑level financial services position earns a competitive salary of $45,000 per year (paid hourly), plus an uncapped monthly bonus that averages $8,000 annually. A Day in the Life of an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

As an entry‑level ABM you will complete an 18‑24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management. After training you will manage an assigned branch. Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, but we provide a full relocation package when we promote ABMs.

Your main focus is helping customers meet financial goals. You actively seek opportunities to originate new loan business by contacting customers, listening to their needs, and recommending the best products. You educate customers on consumer lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation. You assist throughout the loan application process and make payment reminder calls as needed.

You handle tasks contributing to branch success, including evaluating loan applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, administering loan closings, and processing insurance claims. You assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Opportunity to grow into Branch Manager with relocation support and internal promotion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required. Ideal majors:
    Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
  • 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience (e.g., retail sales) preferred but not required.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member in a fast‑paced environment and navigate priorities.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
  • Meet acceptable standards for criminal background, credit history, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
  • Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager. Full relocation package for moves more than 50 miles.
