Patient Relations Specialist-Physician Office-Full Time -
Responsibilities- Performs front office duties to ensure efficient daily clinic operations including scheduling, registration, pre-certification, insurance verification, statistics and charge entry.
- Coordinates administrative functions for the clinical staff including scheduling, registration, pre-certification, charge entry.
- Checks physician orders, verifies insurance, processes paperwork and payments.
- Maintains files and office equipment.
- Orders and stocks supplies.

Reports to:
Practice Manager / RPP Market Director. FLSA:
Non-exempt
- High school diploma or equivalent — Required
- Professional training — Preferred
Required Skills:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- 1 year job-related experience required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
