• Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee needs
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel changes
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Provide administrative support for benefits, payroll, and other HR functions as needed

Ideal candidates for this Human Resources Generalist role will have:

• Previous Human Resources or HR Generalist experience
• Experience supporting employee relations and general HR administration
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
• Ability to quickly learn processes and provide support in a contract environment
