Job Summary

You will play a key role in shaping how our associates use Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform by supporting the operations, configuration, and governance of our core productivity platforms. In this role, you will tackle environment sprawl, design and enforce smart standards and controls, monitor platform health, and help secure our environment by participating in security reviews for apps, automations, and integrations built on these ecosystems.

Our team is responsible for the enterprise administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services—including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, and the Power Platform. We focus on configuring and guiding these platforms by collaborating with our Security and Compliance teams so they remain secure, reliable, and compliant while delivering real value to our associates.

• Hands‑on responsibility for supporting and enhancing an enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 environment with broad organizational impact.

• Administer M365 platforms (SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Power Platform) and tackle sprawl by identifying unused sites, duplicate teams, and orphaned resources.
• Develop and roll out governance standards such as naming conventions, lifecycle policies, retention, and access controls; design and monitor guardrails for compliant, secure usage.

• Participate in security/compliance reviews for Power Platform solutions, custom apps, and automations; assess citizen developer risks and recommend fixes.
• Support audits and internal reviews on platform security/configurations.

• Troubleshoot issues, research best practices, handle user/business inquiries, and build documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Assist senior engineers on small projects, configuration updates, and enhancements.

• Use Power Shell, Power Automate, or low‑code tools to automate workflows and reduce manual admin tasks.
• Analyze usage data to streamline environments and strengthen governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with cloud/SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra , or similar tools that power modern workplaces (Service Now, Salesforce, etc.).
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365 services administration (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.).
• Basic experience with Power Shell or Microsoft Graph API for administrative tasks.
• Basic experience with low‑code development (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Basic experience with application security fundamentals (authentication, permissions, data protection).
• Basic experience with data analysis (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
