Software Technology, Inc. is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician to support end users locally in Georgia. The role emphasizes resolving issues with Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, and basic hardware support.
You will monitor ticket queues, assign tickets to the proper internal and external staff, and escalate tickets outside of SLA until resolution is reached. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and IT help desk center experience is preferred.
