What You'll DoAs an On-Site Level II IT Support Technician, you will:
- Respond to and resolve incidents from the Level II support queue in a timely and professional manner
- Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and mobile device issues
- Deploy and maintain operating system images using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, PXE Boot, or Autopilot
- Perform device setup, configuration, and post‑imaging support
- Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting activities within the ticket management system
- Relevant technical degree, certification, or equivalent hands‑on experience
- 4+ years of desktop support or end‑user support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience deploying and managing device images using:
- SCCM
- PXE Boot
- Working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration
- Active Directory user and account management
- VPN technologies
- Experience supporting:
- Microsoft Windows
- macOS
- iOS
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
- Self‑motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Work in a highly visible, customer-facing IT role
- Collaborate with experienced IT professionals and business partners
- Gain exposure to enterprise‑level systems and support environments

This position is 100% on‑site in Conyers, Georgia and follows a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time), excluding company‑recognized holidays.
