Position

Manager, Regional Operations (Based in Atlanta, GA)

Position Summary

Responsible for managing and monitoring all operations for assigned ADMA Plasma Centers. Responsibilities include ensuring production goals, regulatory requirements and customer specifications are met; working with customer service, product distribution, technical support, and training to ensure all areas are executed to achieve expected outcomes; assisting in the development of annual budgets and business plans; monitoring assigned Plasma Center results and developing action plans to achieve budgets and compliance;

maintaining appropriate staffing levels and employee relations; and developing and overseeing community and corporate relations’ efforts.

Travel Requirements
  • Available for travel with short notice.
  • Travel to assigned centers as necessary.

  • Atlanta, GA Area
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, health administration, or business management preferred. Extensive experience in a health or plasma related field can offset the degree requirement.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of five (5) years plasma center management experience. If without plasma center management experience, a minimum of eight (8) years of comparable management experience, including multi‑site management experience, is required. Understanding of plasma center operations and specialty products preferred. Knowledge of plasma industry, regulatory requirements, and cGMP’s essential. Management responsibility for a multiple‑location operation is helpful. Progressively more responsible positions in a complex organization.
