Operations Manager, Retail & Store Manager, Administrative Management
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers.
This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. Must be available to work Monday
- Friday. Pay rate ranges from $15.00/hr.
-$16.00/hr. depending on experience. Must be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required
- 1 year of similar work experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
- Valid Driver’s license
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
- Report performance issues to the Supervisor
- Assist with the training of cleaning team
- Coordinate work assignments
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- Report work orders for maintenance
- Makes sure premises are secured at all times
- Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
- Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
- Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Complete order forms completely and accurately
- Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
