Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to support operations and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearm transactions where applicable.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with inventory software, order processing, and Microsoft Office.

Physical & Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Adherence to work hours and policies.

Note: Must meet firearm transaction requirements and complete necessary training where applicable.
